Health risk assessment is part of risk management to identify potential hazards, analyze, and evaluate the hazard.

Method : Observational study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative measurements done using the Sound Level Meter, Lux Meter and Impinger. Data analysis is done by using risk assessment methods.

Result : Noise and lighting has an intensity of exposure to continuous gas while disorganized. Noise, lighting and gas have the same opportunities of which is very common. Health consequences caused great noise and lighting, while the gas is not significant. Noise and lighting have extreme risk to health workers.
