ANALYSIS OF PROMOTIF ACTIVITIES AND IMPLEMENTATION OFPREVENTIVE HEALTH CENTER CAMPUS IN PALEMBANG IN 2010
Abstract
Background : Most of the Health Center's programs are promotif and are to be preventative, but in fact the daily activities run Clinic curativerehabilitatif remains and, promotif programmes and preventive have been designed with both the clinics often do not walk according to thepurpose originally, some constraints such as limited funds and theresults obtained from the promotif and preventive activities in improving the quality of health often appears to be a barrier to thedifficulty of those programs to run properly.The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of reventive and promotife activities in health center Kampus Palembang in 2010.
Method : This research uses qualitative descriptive method.
Result : Research in the form of interviews will be conducted in the Health Center Campus of Palembang in june 2010. The conclusion is that the implementation hasn't run as planned. Some promotif and preventive activities that were planned were not run in scheduled, even some of the programs have not run at all. Restricting factors in the implementation of preventive activities in health center of promotif and Palembang Campus serves the most is the lack of cost, lack of health workers, the lack of cooperation of health workers and staffs, and there has been no good management systems to run these activities,although some programs of promotive and preventive that established gave good results in the form of community health behavior change.
Conclusion : This research are required the good health management system in the Health Center Campus of Palembang to promotif and preventive activities can run optimally in accordance with planned
