ANALYSIS ON THE HEALTH POLICY IMPLEMENTATION JAMKESMAS GANDUS 2009

Abstract

Background: Public health degrees are still low due to poor because of the difficulty of access to health services. Difficulty of access to these services is affected by various factors such as lack of ability to economically due to the cost of healthcare is indeed expensive. And to ensure the access of the poor population to healthservices as mandated in the Constitution of 1945, in 2008 theGovernment had to intervene to resolve the problems of the poor in gaining access to health services through the implementation of thepolicy of public health Assurance Program (Jamkesmas). The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the policy JAMKESMAS in health center of Gandus Palembang in 2009.

Method: This research is  using qualitative methods.

Result: The conclusions of the research is there alignment hierarchy of health services and the health center of the city of Palembang Gandus Palembang as a means of execution in the implementation of the policy of jamkesmas, jamkesmas service programs include promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative, socialization of Jamkesmas programs to the poor community, it can be seen from an active role of the RT officers on searching, logging, and the granting of the card jamkesmas to the poor community, no constraints in the implementation of Jamkesmas policy at the health center of Gandus. it is proven by no constraints found on the stages of the implementation of jamkesmas.

Conclusion: This research advice Clinics Gandus keep trying to maintain and improve the quality of service of jamkesmas who have done by implementing, Local governments are expected to give the City of Palembang to the executor Jamkesmas award, in this clinic-clinic have successfully implement the program jamkesmas.
